Incentivized Solution for a mobile carrier

Mobilis is a mobile operator in Algeria with a large subscriber base using its voice and data services. Mobilis intended to generate additional revenue stream by offering incentivized solution to it's subscriber base. Subscribers participating in the program would share their Ad preferences and receive Ads to get free call minutes and or data plan.

Mobilis being a large enterprise required us to do a fully on-prem deployment of our ad serving infrastructure. Our customized SDK on subscriber's phone would trap incoming calls and replace the phone dialer screen with an Ad. Approved agencies of Mobilis would use a self service system to create campaigns. These campaigns would be approved before Ads would be rendered on subscriber devices. Subscribers would be credited in their account on a Huawei billing system free calling minutes and data based on Ad views on a monthly basis.
